Overview
The Alarms page gives your team real-time visibility into security events and system alerts across all your sites and cameras. Every time a hotlist plate is detected, a camera goes offline, or a configured rule is triggered, an alarm is generated here.
Types of Alarms
• Hotlist Match — A license plate was detected that matches an entry on one of your active hotlists.
• Camera Offline — A device has lost connection and is no longer streaming.
• System Alert — Platform-level notifications such as storage warnings or integration failures.
Alarm States
• New — Triggered and not yet reviewed.
• Acknowledged — A team member has seen and taken note of it.
• Resolved — Investigated and closed.
How to Use It
1. Navigate to Alarms from the sidebar.
2. Review incoming alarms sorted by recency or severity.
3. Click an alarm to view details (associated LPR event, camera, and site).
4. Acknowledge or resolve the alarm to update its status.
5. Use filters to narrow by site, camera, date, or type.
