Overview
The Notification Cooldown is a configurable setting that controls how long Corvid waits before sending a repeat notification for the same ongoing event. Setting this prevents alert fatigue when a single condition triggers many alarms in a short period.
How to Configure:
1. Navigate to Organization Settings from the sidebar or your profile menu.
2. Select the Settings tab.
3. Locate the Notification Cooldown field.
4. Enter the duration in minutes. If left blank, no value is set as default.
5. Click Save to apply the setting.
Notes
• This setting applies organization-wide. Individual-level overrides are not available at this time.
• Setting a very short timeout may result in high notification volume during active incidents. We recommend starting with 5–15 minutes depending on your operational needs.
