Overview
Corvid now records every search performed on the Search page in the Audit Log. Each entry captures the search term, any active filters applied (such as date range, camera, event type, and hotlist), and the user who performed the search. This gives Admins full visibility into how event history is being queried across the organization.
What is logged
When a user performs a search on the Search page, the Audit Log records:
- The user who performed the search
- The timestamp of the search
- The search term (plate number or partial match)
- All active filters at the time of the search (e.g. date range, camera, event type, hotlist)
How to review event search activity
1. Sign in as a user with the Admin or Super Admin role.
2. Navigate to Audit Log in the left sidebar.
3. Use the Event Type filter and select Event Search to view search activity.
4. Click on any entry to see the full details, including the search term and filters used.

Note: Only searches performed after this update are recorded. Historical searches before this release are not included in the Audit Log.
