How to manage your organization settings in Corvid

Manage your organization's general settings, members, pending invitations, and API keys directly inside Corvid — without leaving the dashboard.

Overview

Corvid now includes a built-in Manage Organization dialog so you can update general settings, manage members, handle invitations, and view API keys — all without being redirected to an external portal.

Opening the Organization Management dialog

  1. Click your organization name or profile avatar in the top navigation bar.

  2. Select Manage Organization from the dropdown menu.

The dialog opens with four tabs: General, Members, Invitations, and API Keys.

General tab

Update your organization's display name and other basic settings. Click Save to apply changes.

Members tab

View all current members of your organization. From here you can:

  • See each member's name, email, and role.

  • Change a member's role using the role selector.

  • Remove a member by clicking the remove action next to their name.

Invitations tab

Manage pending invitations sent to people who have not yet joined:

  • See all outstanding invites with the recipient email and expiry status.

  • Resend or revoke an invitation at any time.

  • Send a new invitation by entering an email address and selecting a role.

API Keys tab

View and manage API keys associated with your organization. API key access is only visible to organization owners and superusers.
