Overview
Occupancy snapshots capture a point-in-time count of vehicles at a site. You can configure how often these snapshots are taken — choosing between 30-minute and 60-minute intervals. More frequent snapshots give finer granularity in occupancy reports and trends.
Setting the Snapshot Interval
Go to Sites in the sidebar and select the site you want to configure.
Open the site Settings tab.
Under Occupancy, find the Snapshot Frequency option.
Select 30 minutes or 60 minutes.
Click Save.
What Changes
30 minutes — snapshots taken every half hour, up to 48 data points per day. Best for fine-grained occupancy visibility.
60 minutes — snapshots taken every hour, up to 24 data points per day. Best for lighter data volume with hourly granularity.
Changes apply to future snapshots only. Existing historical data is not affected.
Notes
This setting is per-site — each site can have a different snapshot interval.
Occupancy snapshot data feeds into occupancy reports and the site occupancy overlay in the dashboard.
