Overview
You can export event history directly from Search as a CSV file. Exports are processed as background jobs, so you can keep working while your file is generated. You can export either a specific selection of events or your full filtered results — up to 100,000 rows. If your connection drops or the page refreshes mid-process, the download can be recovered when you return.
How to Export Event History as CSV
1. Go to Search or Reports / License Plate History from the main navigation.
2. Apply your search filters (date range, camera, event type, etc.) to narrow down the results.
3. Optional: Select specific events you want to export using the checkboxes. If no events are selected, the full filtered result set will be exported.
4. Click the Export CSV button at the top right.
5. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Export to queue the background job.
6. When the export is ready, download it from the export jobs panel.
Recovering a missed download
If you lose your connection, navigate away, or refresh the page while waiting for an export, your completed export will still be available when you return. Open the export jobs panel and look for your completed job to download the file.
Note: Exports are limited to 100,000 rows. If your results exceed this limit, apply additional filters to narrow the scope before exporting.
