Overview
Corvid cases can be exported as a PDF report or a ZIP archive. Exports run as background jobs so you can keep working while the file is generated — you'll be notified when it's ready to download.
Exporting a case
Open the case you want to export from the Cases section.
Click the Export button in the case header or action menu.
Choose your format:
PDF — generates a formatted report with case details, event metadata, and clip thumbnails.
ZIP — packages the case data and all attached video clips into a downloadable archive.
Click Export to start the background job.
Downloading the export
Once the export job completes, a notification will appear in your dashboard. You can also access completed exports from the Export Jobs panel:
Click the Export Jobs icon in the top navigation bar.
Find your case export in the list.
Click Download to save the file.
Completed exports can be re-downloaded at any time from the Export Jobs panel as long as the job remains in your history.
Notes
Export jobs run in the background — you do not need to keep the case open while it processes.
If you navigate away or refresh the page, the export will continue and the completed file will be available in Export Jobs when it finishes.
ZIP exports include video clip files and may be large depending on the number of clips attached to the case.
