Overview
Corvid's Occupancy report supports multi-site averaging, letting you view aggregated occupancy data across several sites in a single report. You can export this report as a PDF for sharing or record-keeping. Metric values are displayed without trailing zeros — a value of 5 is shown as 5, not 5.0000.
Configure a multi-site occupancy report
Go to Reports → Occupancy.
In the site selector, choose two or more sites to include in the report.
Set your date range and any other filters.
The report displays the average occupancy across all selected sites.
Export the report as PDF
With the report configured, click Export PDF.
The export runs as a background job. You can continue working while it processes.
When complete, download the PDF from the Export Jobs panel.
Notes
Multi-site averaging uses the aggregated occupancy export path. Results reflect the combined data for all selected sites over the chosen period.
