Overview
By default, LPR Search returns only events where a license plate was successfully detected. The Include No Plate filter lets you expand results to include detection events where no plate was read — useful for reviewing vehicle activity at a camera where plate reads are expected but not always captured.
How to use Include No Plate
Go to Search → Search and select the LPR tab.
Open the filter panel.
Toggle Include No Plate on.
Run or refresh your search.
Results now include both plate reads and events where no plate was captured during the selected time range and camera filters.
Notes
No Plate events do not have a plate number. Plate-specific filters (such as plate text or hotlist match) will not apply to these events.
This filter is available on the LPR Search tab only. Motion search is unaffected.
