Overview
When you find an LPR event in Advanced Search, you can immediately run a Vehicle Analysis on that plate — without leaving the search results. This lets you trace a vehicle's full detection history across your camera network directly from the event that triggered your investigation.
How to Open Vehicle Analysis from Search
1. Navigate to Search from the sidebar..
2. Click on any LPR event in the results to open the event detail overlay.
3. In the overlay, click View Analysis.
4. The Vehicle Analysis view will open for the plate associated with that event, pre-loaded with its full detection history.
What Vehicle Analysis Shows
• A timeline of all detections for the plate across your camera network.
• The sites and cameras where the plate was seen, with timestamps.
• Links to individual LPR events for further investigation.
Notes
• View Analysis is available on LPR events only. Motion events do not have this option.
• The analysis uses your organization's full detection history, not just the results of your current search.
