Overview
Sharing Relationships allow multi-tenant collaboration on the Corvid platform. A parent organization can grant another organization selective access to specific cameras, sites, or LPR event data — without giving them full account access.
What Can Be Shared
• Camera Feeds — Grant access to live stream and playback for specific cameras.
• LPR Events — Share license plate detection data from selected sites or cameras.
• Sites — Share access to an entire site and all its associated resources.
How It Works
1. Organization A initiates a sharing relationship with Organization B.
2. Organization A defines what resources are shared.
3. Organization B accepts the relationship.
4. Users in Organization B can now access the shared resources within their own dashboard.
Common Use Cases
• A security integrator sharing camera access with their end customer for monitoring.
• A property management company sharing specific cameras with a parking enforcement partner.
• A parent organization delegating site-level visibility to a regional team.
How to Use It
1. Navigate to Sharing Relationships from the sidebar.
2. Click New Relationship and search for the organization you want to share with.
3. Select the resources to share.
4. Send the sharing request.
5. Manage active relationships, modify permissions, or revoke access at any time.
