What is Sites?

A way to organize your cameras and activity by physical location — so you can manage and monitor each location independently.

Overview

Sites represent physical locations in your Corvid deployment — a parking lot, building entrance, facility, or any defined area where cameras are installed. Organizing cameras into sites makes it easier to filter events, manage access, and understand activity by location.

What You Can Do in Sites

• Create and name sites — Define each physical location in your organization.
• Assign cameras — Attach specific devices to a site so events are grouped by location.
• Set site-level access — Control which users or user groups can see each site.
• View site activity — Filter LPR events, alarms, and reports by site.
• Configure location details — Add address, map pin, or notes to each site.

Common Use Cases

• Managing a multi-location deployment where each site has its own team.
• Filtering reports and alarms to a single location for focused review.
• Granting a regional manager access to only the sites they oversee.
• Organizing cameras by entrance, parking zone, or building section.

How to Use It

1. Navigate to Sites from the sidebar.
2. Click New Site and provide a name, location details, and any relevant notes.
3. Assign cameras to the site from the device list.
4. Set access permissions to control which users or groups can view this site.
5. Save the site. It will now appear as a filter option across Alarms, Reports, and LPR Events.
