Overview
After creating a hotlist, you populate it with the license plate numbers you want Corvid to watch for. You can add plates individually or in bulk, and remove them when they're no longer needed.
How to Add a Plate
Navigate to Hotlists and open the hotlist you want to update.
Click Add Plate (or + Add).
Enter the license plate number. Corvid normalizes spacing and capitalization automatically.
Optionally add a note (e.g., vehicle description, reason for monitoring, associated case number).
Click Save. The plate is immediately active on this hotlist.
How to Add Plates in Bulk
From the hotlist detail view, click Import Plates.
Upload a list of plate numbers (as a CSV).
All plates are added in one operation.
How to Remove a Plate
Open the hotlist and find the plate you want to remove.
Hover on the plate you want to remove, then select Remove icon.
Confirm the removal. The plate is immediately deactivated on this hotlist.
Notes
Removing a plate from a hotlist does not affect historical alarm records for that plate.
The same plate can exist on multiple hotlists simultaneously.
