Overview
Site-level access lets you control who can view and manage individual sites — independently of their organization-wide role. When you assign someone as a Site Admin or Site Viewer for a specific site, they get scoped access to that location only.
This is useful when different team members are responsible for different facilities, or when you want to grant a contractor access to one site without exposing your entire organization.
Site Roles
Site Admin
Full management access to the assigned site — can view cameras, manage site settings, and add or remove cameras from the site. Changes are scoped to that site only.
Site Viewer
Read-only access to the assigned site — can view cameras and activity for that location. Cannot make any changes.
How to Assign Site-Level Access
1. Navigate to Sites in the left sidebar.
2. Click on the site you want to manage.
3. Open the User Access tab inside the site details.
4. Identify the user you'd like to manage its access, then click Assign role
5. Choose Site Admin or Site Viewer and save.
Notes
• Only organization Admins can assign site-level roles.
• Site roles are additive — they grant access on top of whatever organization role the user already has.
• A user with no organization-level operational access but a Site Viewer role will only see cameras at that specific site.
• Changes take effect immediately.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Site Admin have access to other sites?
No. Site roles are scoped to the site they are assigned to. The user won't see cameras or data from any other site unless explicitly assigned.
Can a user have different roles on different sites?
Yes. You can assign a user as Site Admin on one site and Site Viewer on another.
What if a user already has an org-level Admin role?
Org-level Admins already have full access to all sites — no site role assignment is needed for them.
